Pets

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome! However, please note all dogs must be on a short leash, under owner control, and wearing a collar with ID tags at all times. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations (proof may be requested). Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and dogs displaying aggression will be asked to leave. Please keep dogs away from food vendors and eating areas. Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior and clean-up needs. Note: Some of our events may allow only properly trained service animals.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Sorry, no outside food or beverages are allowed.

Exceptions:

  • Water Policy: Each attendee can bring ONE bottle of water. 

Must be a factory sealed water bottle up to but no more than 32 Ounces. 

  • Medical dietary items are permitted

  • Baby formula and milk for infants/toddlers are permitted

Kids

Yes! We are a family-friendly event.

- Strollers are allowed

- Children ages 6 and up require a ticket

- Children under 6 do not need a ticket. They will receive a free headband (pins are not included)


pROHIBITED ITEMS

The following are not allowed on festival grounds:

- Weapons of any kind

- Roller skates or skateboards

- Self-defense sprays (pepper spray)

- We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or consumption of any combustible, vaporized, or aerosolized products on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to: Tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes / e-cigarettes / vaping devices, cannabis / marijuana smoke or vapor, and any form of smoking, vaping, or inhaling substances.

pARKING

Yes, Mall of America has plenty of parking space. 


Reminder: Panda Fest is not affiliated with parking facilities, rideshare areas, or private lots. Please watch for signage + fees, avoid no-parking zones, and do not leave valuables in your vehicle. We are not responsible for towing, loss, or damage.

REFUND
