I bought a ticket for a specific time slot. Can I arrive later that day?
It is preferred all attendees arrive during their specific time slot. However, if emergencies occur, we will try our best to accommodate. You will not be able to use the ticket for another date.
Can I purchase tickets on gate?
Gate admission is $20 + processing fee. Entry is subject to venue capacity and therefore not guaranteed. Guests holding tickets will be granted priority entry.
Can I change my ticket to another day?
To reschedule your ticket for a different date or time slot, please use one of the following methods:

Is alcohol served, and what are the age requirements?
Yes, alcohol will be available for purchase. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID.
pROHIBITED ITEMS
The following are not allowed on festival grounds:
- Weapons of any kind
- Roller skates or skateboards
- Self-defense sprays (pepper spray)
- We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or consumption of any combustible, vaporized, or aerosolized products on our premises.
- Illegal drug
Do vendors accept credit cards, or is it cash-only?
Most vendors accept both cash and credit cards. There are no ATMs on-site.
Is there seating available, or is it standing only?
Yes, we have picnic tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP tickets are available and include access to seating and VIP restrooms.
What happens if it is raining?
Panda Fest is a rain-or-shine event unless severe weather conditions require delay, postponement, or cancellation.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited throughout the festival grounds.
What is the bag policy?
Small bags are allowed. Bag checks may occur at the entrance if necessary.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Sorry, no outside food or beverages are allowed.
Exceptions:
• Medical dietary items are permitted
• Baby formula and milk for infants/toddlers are permitted
Are there options for vegetarians, vegans, or those with dietary restrictions?
Yes! Many vendors offer vegetarian and vegan options.
pARKING
Parking is available at Ohiri Field for attendees at $20 per vehicle. Limited parking is available at the venue lot so it will be first come, first served. If the parking lot is full, you may need to find a spot on your own. Panda Fest encourages rideshare + carpooling.
Reminder: Panda Fest is not affiliated with parking facilities, rideshare areas, or private lots. Please watch for signage + fees, avoid no-parking zones, and do not leave valuables in your vehicle. We are not responsible for towing, loss, or damage.
Kids
Yes! We are Family-Friendly!
- Strollers are allowed
- Children ages 6 and up require a ticket
- Children under 6 do not need a ticket. They will receive a free headband (pins are not included)
