Before you dive into a weekend full of flavor + festivities, here’s EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW for the first-ever Panda Fest Phoenix:

The Venue

Friday: 4–10 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–10 PM
Sunday: 10 AM–8 PM

 General Admission includes:
 One-time entry during your selected time slot
 Access to all vendors, performances + activities (food + retail for purchase)
 2 free gifts (Phoenix-themed Panda pin + panda headband)

VIP Tickets include all GA perks plus:
VIP bathrooms + VIP area access

Family-friendly event!
Children of all ages are welcome. Strollers allowed.
Kids 6+ require a ticket for entry.

Time Slots (Important!)

 our ticket includes an arrival window, not a strict start time. You must arrive + check-in during the arrival window/time slot you purchased your ticket for.

 To help reduce lines and keep entry smooth, you may arrive anytime during your time slot — no need to be there right at the start.

 Most guests stay 2–3 hours, which gives plenty of time to enjoy everything.

 A limited number of tickets will also be on sale at the gate during each time slot, however, online ticket holders will be permitted entry first.

When You Arrive

Parking

Panda Fest encourages rideshare + carpooling. Limited free parking is available at the venue lot located off of Roadrunner Road. Please see a map of the venue here. The event is taking place in the area titled “Event Area/Grass Parking” and the designated parking lot is the lot titled “General Parking” on the left of the event area.

If the event parking lot is full, you must find parking in another one of the lots at the venue or elsewhere in the area.

Reminder: Panda Fest is not affiliated with parking facilities, rideshare areas, or private lots. Please watch for signage + fees, avoid no-parking zones, and do not leave valuables in your vehicle. We are not responsible for towing, loss, or damage.

Bag Policy

Small bags only — all bags may be searched upon entry.

Pets

Only service dogs will be permitted entry. Owners are responsible for cleanup.

Outside Food/Drink

Outside food and drink will not be allowed in the event, with the exception of medical food, formula/milk for infants & toddlers, and one (1) factory sealed water bottle per person, up to 16.9oz.

In case of rain

Please watch the weather as the event will be taking place on grass. Small umbrellas, raincoats, and rain boots are permitted.

Prohibited Items

No roller skates, skateboards, weapons, pepper spray, illegal drugs, or drones.

Panda Fest is a smoke-free event — no smoking or vaping of any kind. We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or consumption of any combustible, vaporized, or aerosolized products on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to: Tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes / e-cigarettes / vaping devices, cannabis / marijuana smoke or vapor, and any form of smoking, vaping, or inhaling substances.

Food Vendors

More than 80+ vendors from the region, locally and across the country — including favorites you can’t normally try in Phoenix!

Several top vendors will have duplicate stations to help manage lines.

 Portions + Pricing

Vendors offer both small tasting portions and full-size items. Vendors set their prices based on portion size and specialty ingredients — giving you flexibility in how you graze and explore!
